SOFTWARE / PORTFOLIO PLANNING

Investment app

A brokerage export shows the portfolio as it stands. Adjustable targets guide the rebalancing calculation with each contribution.

What it helps with.

A broker can show balances and transactions. The investment app adds the personal plan around them, without pretending to choose investments or act on the account.

01

Rebuild the portfolio

It reads the selected activity export, works out open positions and cash, and preserves the source and import history locally.

02

Show the gap

Current weights sit beside adjustable targets, with clear underweight, overweight, cash, and non-strategic positions.

03

Plan new money

A contribution can be spread across underweight holdings while respecting purchase limits and leaving any unusable amount as cash.

04

Keep the story

Strategy changes become new versions instead of erasing the old plan, and portfolio history keeps the strategy used at the time.

How it works.

The app supports the thinking around a decision. It deliberately leaves research, suitability, timing, and execution outside the software.

  1. 01Import

Choose a recent brokerage activity export from the file picker.

  2. 02Refresh

Update market prices so holdings have current values.

  3. 03Compare

Review the targets, adjust them as needed, and calculate rebalancing for the contribution.

  4. 04Act manually

Make any chosen transaction at the broker, then import again.

In use.

The app is used with every contribution to calculate portfolio rebalancing against adjustable targets. The account details and holdings stay private.

Live import

A real export was selected through the normal file picker and became a new saved import.

Portfolio rebuilt

The resulting transactions and reconstructed portfolio were visible in the app after import.

Every contribution

Adjustable targets guide the portfolio rebalancing calculation whenever new money is contributed.

The practical boundary

The investment app is not investment advice, a broker, or an order-entry system. It calculates against the strategy the user chose. It never decides whether that strategy is suitable and never places a trade.
